How to use

Instructions for use: Brush your teeth twice a day with a small amount of toothpaste. Ask your dentist/hygienist. Back and forth: this effectively cleans the tops of your teeth. Circular movements: it's easy to clean the outer surfaces. Zig-zag: cleans the insides of your teeth. Children: 2-6 years: use only a pea-sized amount of toothpaste; 0-2 years: use only a rice- or corn-sized amount of toothpaste. Supervise to minimize swallowing. If you take fluoride from other sources, consult your dentist or doctor.
